.Aarti Chhabria is a popular film as well as television actress. She also acted in several bollywood and South Indian (Telugu and Kannada) films as lead actress and was nominated for the same. She was the winner of the fourth season of Fear Factor - Khatron Ke Khiladi in 2011. Aarti also studied Film Making at the New York Film Academy in New York in 2012.

Aarti was born on 21st November, 1982 in the Sindhi-speaking Chhabria family, who have no filmy background. After completing her education, Aarti shot into fame when she was crowned Miss India in 2000. She then appeared in approximately 200 ads, for instance Krack Cream, Amul & Freshna, a music video for Sukhwinder Singh (Nashi Hi Nasha...), one titled 'Madhubala', one for Adnan Sami (Tera Chehera..) which only added to her popularity. She is fluent in Sindhi, Marathi, English, Hindi, and Gujrati.

She made her debut in Bollywood with 'Tum Se Aacha Kaun Hai' in 2002, but before that she had also acted in 'Akansha' and 'Lajja' in 1989 and 2001 respectively. Apart from acting in comedies, she has shown that she can be versatile for portraying the role of a woman with a split personality, and a conservative Muslim belle in love with an underworld don.

She worked alongside a number of top actors in Bollywood, including Govinda, Fardeen Khan, Sohail Khan, Vivek Oberoi, Tushar Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and Akshay Kumar, over a period of nearly eight years. But so far, she has not been blessed with a commercial success, that could give her a much coveted break. But many moviegoers and film reviewers believe that she is a very gifted artist, and has potential and versatility to play good character roles. Acting was her childhood dream, and she admits that films are perfect for her and give her utmost satisfaction.The former Miss India Worldwide (2000) debuted in films opposite Nakul Kapoor in Tumse Achcha Kaun Hai. The movie bombed at the box office but Vikram Bhatt signed Aarti in his wacko multi starrer comedy Awaara Pagal Deewana opposite Akshay Kumar. “I went through an audition to get this film”, says the blue-eyed beauty. She also starred in the flick Raja Bhaiyya opposite Govinda. But Tumse Accha Kaun Hai still remains closest to her heart being her first film.

Aarti has no qualms about hailing from a non-filmi background. No godfather, no problem. "I was born to act. No one can deny me that. Movies are fun. You get to live so many different characters, you work with good-looking men, and you travel to the best places. And you get paid too!" she guffaws.

About working in a Kannada film Pritisonaba, Aarti says, “People in the South are really organised. Initially, I did have problems with the dialect, but as the shoot progressed, I learnt."

Chhabria is a big fan of Abhishek Bachhan. A Young and charming persona of Bollywood, Aarti Chhabria is from a family which had no Bollywood connections, but still Aarti has become successful in creating her own identity here in the tinsel town. Born on 21st November 1982, in Mumbai Aarti was a studious girl in school and college, yet she managed to do lots of television commercials simultaneously. Aarti's father is a dentist and her mother is an interior designer. Her younger brother is a dentist too.

Aarti began her career at a very young age of 3 years. She has appeared in many television commercials such as Farex, Maggi Noodles, Clean and clear, Amul Frostick, Pepsodent toothpaste, Krack cream and LML Trendy scooter etc. After finishing college, Aarti took part in a beauty pageant and won the title of 'Miss India WorldWide 2000' in the year 1999. She has appeared in many music videos such as 'Nasha hi Nasha' by Sukhwinder Singh and 'Roothe hue hai kyo' by Adnan Sami.

Beautiful Aarti started her Bollywood career by doing cameos in the films like 'Aakansha' and 'Lajja'. She later appeared in Multi starer 'Awara Paagal Deewana', 'Raja Bhaiya' and then in 'Shootout at Lokhandwala'.

She played a role of a housewife in 'Daddy Cool' and a simple girl next door in 'Dus Tola'. Meanwhile she also acted in several Telugu and and Kannada films as a main lead. She was nominated for many times for her fabulous performance in the south Indian films. She has appeared in one reality show 'Fear Factor' in the year 2011. She won that show. She went to New York in 2012 to study the course of film making.
